What can I say. When I was young read comic books, listened to the Beatles, Kinks, The Clash, Led Zep, Bowie. Now, on ocassion I read a graphic novel, listen to Cake, Death Cab for Cutie, Postal Exchange, Go Kat Go. If you live long enough everything remains the same. But one thing I learned is to roll with the punches and have fun; life's too short to be taken too seriously. Went to see a little movie, Scott Pilgrim, that caught my eye recently. It reminded me about that very thing - don't take life too seriously, HAVE FUN! That's exactly what u will get in Scott Pilgrim vs. The World - pure, sick EPIC fun. Colorful, imaginative, quirky, inventive, cool (in a non-hip sort of way), told in a style that I have never come across before (nor, I suspect will ever) but had a familiar ring to it. Sure the story is a classic - Boy Meets Girl, etc. - but narrated in a kick-*** style that, well...........Rocked! Drag your friends to see this, they will thank you later. SGG

This is a great movie for a gamer. All the little video game references keep a smile on your face the whole time. This also great martial arts sequences and action. Finally it has fantastic and perfectly fitting music to go with it. Luv Bob-omb may be my new favorite band. I'll be seeing this again.

Great movie. A Refreshing (not a sequel or remake) experience.

Extremely great movie for a TRIP. Great characters/actors, great story and beautiful visual style. Had a ear to ear ecstatic grin the whole time. Great soundtrack. Wonderful time! This will be a cult classic and enjoyed by many in various altered states.

When I first saw a commercial for this movie I thought that it had to be one of the oddest things in the world yet because of that I was entranced to go see it. So as soon as I could I went to see it and I was expecting it to be a pretty decent movie but what I got is now one of my all time favorite movies. Within the first 10 minutes of the movie their had already been about 8 Zelda parodies and that was part one of me falling in love with it. Second part was the awesome comedy, it had me laughing the whole way through. And the third part was the amazing fighting scenes, They were without a doubt the greatest, fastest, and most epic fight scenes I've ever seen and probably ever will see, it made it feel like as if I was watching an intense episode of Dragon Ball Z. This movie is mostly targeted for people who are into stuff like manga, anime, video games, and comics so if you're into that stuff go see this movie right now and if you aren't you will still really enjoy it. 10/10
